Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT infrastructure, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will manage and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud environments while ensuring security best practices are followed, with responsibilities spanning remote, onsite, and client site environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve escalated issues for client environments across various technologies
• Mentor and guide Systems Technicians while contributing to documentation and process improvements
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
• At least one intermediate certification such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104 is preferred
• Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
