Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing IT service delivery team, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator will administer and support desktop, server, networking, virtualization, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure environments while maintaining security best practices, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior technicians, with the flexibility to work onsite or remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve complex technical issues as the primary escalation resource for the Systems Technician team
• Provide advanced support for client infrastructure, including servers, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Mentor and train junior technical staff while contributing to documentation and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in supporting infrastructure, end-user technologies, and cloud platforms
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online and SharePoint
• At least one intermediate certification, such as CompTIA Network+ or AZ-104, preferred
• Experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred
