Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Systems Administrator, the full-time remote role will manage and support hybrid infrastructure across colocation data centers and cloud environments, focusing on Windows Server administration, virtual machine lifecycle management, and infrastructure automation.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows Server environments, including provisioning, configuration, and operational support
- Manage virtual machine lifecycles across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring operational health and resource management
- Implement automation for operational processes and support Infrastructure as Code practices for consistent environment provisioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-6 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure operations, or cloud operations
- Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments and managing virtual machine infrastructure
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms
