Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator I to join their growing Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations for Microsoft 365 products and cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
• Support the administration of the organization's zero trust platform and network infrastructure
• Assist with endpoint management and device support throughout their lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar IT role
• Strong technical aptitude with a demonstrated security-first mindset
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices
• Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS applications
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and endpoint management platforms
