Systems Administrator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator II to manage and support client networks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage client networks using advanced tools
• Accept and resolve escalations from Level I Administrators, sharing knowledge and best practices
• Provide technical support to users and assist with hardware installations and minor repairs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years of experience in network/system administration
• MCSE certification required; A+ and OEM equipment certs preferred
• Familiarity with ASTEA, VMWare, M365, and Azure
• Linux experience is highly preferred
