Systems Administrator III

Job Summary

To support a growing IT infrastructure, the full-time salaried Systems Administrator III will manage system administration tasks, oversee infrastructure staff, and ensure the security and efficiency of both on-premise and cloud environments, with a hybrid work schedule that includes occasional remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading and mentoring infrastructure staff in areas such as Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud administration
• Manage and maintain hybrid network environments, ensuring documentation and security patches are up to date
• Oversee disaster recovery exercises and collaborate with technical teams to identify and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 6-10 years of related experience in systems administration
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and VMware environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, VPN, and LINUX administration
• Familiarity with backup strategies and disaster recovery best practices
