Systems Administrator Mission Control Operations
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator for Mission Control & Operations (MCO) in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to health monitors/alerts
- Performing initial troubleshooting of reported issues
- Leading the incident management process and facilitating communications for issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years' experience in a 24x7 mission critical Network or Technical Operations Center environment
- Experience managing Windows server and SQL server environments
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and basic MS SQL Queries
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing and switching technologies
- Experience with enterprise class monitoring/management systems and cloud providers like AWS
