Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analysis Manager to lead and develop a team of Systems Analysts and oversee enterprise application projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Systems Analysts to ensure enterprise applications meet business needs
• Serve as a technical project leader for modernization and integration initiatives
• Define and maintain a systems roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities and strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 8+ years of experience in Operational Management, System Analysis, or related fields is required
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership role is required
• Prior experience in financial services or credit union operations is required
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and API-driven integrations is required
