Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with Business Analysts and customers, the remote Systems Analyst will review and refine requirements, create and configure documents and reports, and integrate solutions into customers' basys software to meet their business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with Business Analysts to understand customer requests, including data mapping and process flows
• Create and configure customer documents and automate workflow solutions using proprietary software
• Collaborate on business and technical requirements to produce clearly defined document and workflow specifications

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, including report creation and forms development
• Solid knowledge of data sources and database concepts
• Prior experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to enhance productivity
