Key Responsibilities:

Liaison between business users and the IT team
Develop business cases and financial model systems enhancements
Manage system conversion activities including data mapping, system configuration, data analysis

Qualifications:

3-5 years IT and/or systems experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Familiarity with programming or SQL a plus
Experience with insurance and/or sales applications and workflows a plus
Team orientation and hands-on approach
