Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst in Remote, USA!

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on incident resolution, application stabilization, and root cause analysis
Swiftly manage and resolve incidents, minimize disruptions, and reduce incident backlog
Train and mentor level-1 support desk agents, recommend system improvements, and deliver strategic insights into system health

Required Qualifications:

5 years of ITSM Remedy or CRM Ticketing System experience
5 years of database query languages (SQL PL/SQL) experience
Effective communication with non-technical audience and performing tier 2/3 support
Experience in document processes and performing remote support
2 years of experience with Health and Human services
