Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst/Production Support Analyst to focus on production support for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical, business, and operational support to team resources and contractors
Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
Identify system enhancements and process improvements to streamline operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience in systems analysis and production support
Advanced knowledge of operating systems (e.g., AWS, Windows, UNIX) and programming languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Java, XML)
Experience with databases such as DB2, MS SQL Server, and MS Access
Experience with CMS systems and claim adjudication/payment processes
