Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to provide remote support services for customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and track user inquiries regarding system operations and application usage
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including installation and configuration of PC hardware
• Log customer calls and issues into the ServiceNow ITSM and escalate unresolved problems as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher in Computer Science or IT related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in an industry support center or help desk environment
• Working knowledge of networks and server/PC architecture
