Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to provide functional support for student systems and optimize their use within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business practices and recommend functionality improvements for the Slate CRM
• Develop and document policies and procedures in collaboration with Admissions and other departments
• Create training plans and conduct training sessions related to student software systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology development support
• Experience with technical training and development of test plans
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task effectively
