Systems Analyst 3

Job Summary

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time remote Systems Analyst 3 will manage systems analysis, application support, and project initiatives while collaborating with users and stakeholders to enhance and implement complex software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systems analysis and provide application support, ensuring effective implementation and resolution of complex issues
• Manage IT project initiatives, including scoping, resource management, and execution of application changes and enhancements
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders and operational owners to promote effective use of computing resources and facilitate client workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field; or 7 years of relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT analysis, including system implementations and maintenance
• Experience in process improvement, project planning, and workflow management
• Knowledge of Healthcare business operations and processes
• Certification in Cerner Fundamentals and preferred ITIL v3 Foundation within specified timeframes
