Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to assist in the operation of the IT Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist IT Manager with deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems
• Maintain ticketing system and address user issues for in-office and remote employees
• Keep current with the latest technologies and maintain systems inventory

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent plus 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• 3-5 years of recent IT support experience with demonstrated IT skills
• Technical knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems
• Experience with desktop and portable hardware, protocols, and standards
• Familiarity with network services such as phone systems and printers
