Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Translating business requirements into technical specifications, the full-time remote Systems Analyst will manage system configurations, execute reporting solutions, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications while maintaining clear documentation and status updates
• Execute configuration changes and develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis
• Act as a liaison between technical vendors and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and participating in QA and UAT testing during release cycles

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with population health applications, Salesforce/CRM/ERP solutions, and SQL
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights using SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
