Job Summary

Providing advanced expertise in Medicaid software products, the full-time remote Systems Analyst, Specialist will analyze business requirements, lead design discussions, and collaborate with global development teams to enhance software solutions and improve processes for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Functions independently to design, implement, and maintain software applications while coordinating tasks for successful project delivery
• Analyzes business requirements and existing system features to ensure alignment with necessary business outcomes
• Prepares client presentations and provides technical support throughout the software development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience with SDLC and defect management
• 5+ years of experience presenting software solutions to clients
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare software
