Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Providing system support and user administration, the full-time Systems Analyst II will assist with the configuration of Production Operations and Sales systems, including Loan Origination Software, while working remotely and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop policies and procedures for configuring Production Operations and Sales systems
• Respond to escalations and resolve issues while collaborating with Business Analysts and Product Owners
• Implement user acceptance testing strategies and support process improvements using Automation and Lean concepts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum three years' experience in the mortgage industry, preferably with origination
• Knowledge of software testing procedures and bug reporting/validation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools and advanced Excel functionalities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
