Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services organization, the remote Systems Analyst will work with Business Analysts and customers to refine requirements, create and configure documents, and integrate solutions into customer software.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand customer requests, including data mapping and process flows
• Create and automate customer documents and workflow solutions using proprietary software
• Assist in translating requirements into deliverables, ensuring clear specifications for document and workflow development

Required qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, with skills in report creation and forms development
• Solid knowledge of data sources and database concepts
• Prior experience with SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to enhance productivity
