Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting and enhancing a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, the full-time Systems Analyst will collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize system performance, improve business processes, and develop reports and analytics, with flexible remote work options available.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
- Partner with legal professionals to improve contract-related processes and workflows
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and business objectives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or enterprise business systems
- 2+ years of experience administering and configuring CLM, ERP, CRM, or workflow management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience developing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
- 2+ years of experience gathering business requirements and supporting software implementations
