Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Enterprise Applications team, the full-time Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into technical specifications, execute system configurations and reporting using SaaS tools, and participate in QA and UAT testing, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Execute configuration changes and develop reporting solutions to meet business needs
- Utilize data analysis to troubleshoot issues and monitor data integrity across systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role, preferably in healthcare
- Familiarity with population health applications, Salesforce/CRM/ERP solutions, and SQL
- Proficiency in data management platforms such as SQL and Excel for analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
