Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting federal customers remotely, the full-time Systems Analyst will define and document system requirements for complex government software systems while collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing various analytical tools.
Key responsibilities
- Performing analysis to define project scope and objectives, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders
- Documenting requirements including Concept of Operations and Business Case deliverables, and generating mockups of proposed solutions
- Conducting market analysis to identify costs, benefits, and risks of solutions aligned with business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software/hardware development efforts, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Strong technical writing skills for creating business and functional requirements documentation
- Experience with tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure, and Jira
- Working knowledge of database systems (SQL Server and Oracle) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) management tools
