Systems Analyst - Benefits Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst - Benefits Integration (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, update, and maintain benefit plans and riders in the system
• Analyze documentation for new services to determine configuration impacts and maintain business systems
• Cross-train with peers to ensure operational continuity and maintain documentation of benefit configurations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma with ten years of experience, or an Associate Degree with four years, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of relevant technology concepts such as relational databases and cloud architectures
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies, preferably Agile
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio or equivalent software
• Ability to analyze complex inputs and translate data into system requirements
