Systems Analyst - Enterprise Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst - Enterprise Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise functional owner for assigned service and operational platforms
• Lead process discovery sessions and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Own functional design, configuration, and user acceptance testing for system implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field required
• 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or equivalent role required
• Experience with service management, asset management, or operational platforms required
• Background in brewing, food & beverage, or regulated operations preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise software systems end-to-end
