Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst II - Financial Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for IT solutions related to sales operations and member revenue
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication of project goals
• Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 2 years)
• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and system design
• Preferred experience in Sales Operations, Broker Sales, and Member Revenue processes
• Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud computing, AI applications, and SAP systems
