Systems Analyst II

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven healthcare company, the full-time remote Systems Analyst II will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent the organization in client meetings for system implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and ensure alignment with functional business processes
• Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to implement or enhance systems, and assist with production support and issue resolution
• Develop subject matter expertise on integrations and conduct training for team members on relevant knowledge transfers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a business systems analyst role, with knowledge of healthcare industry systems
• Experience with requirements analysis and interacting with business users to define project scope
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database concepts, along with experience analyzing XML or EDI messages
• Ability to create detailed visual models, including data flow and workflow diagrams, to support requirements
