Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst III to enhance IT systems and applications for improved business output and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze existing IT solutions, and design and implement new technical solutions
• Mentor junior team members and create an environment that promotes end-user self-sufficiency
• Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues and respond to critical issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in technical support and application development
• Three years of experience in financial services preferred
• Experience with establishing SLAs and availability goals preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, and security laws and standards preferred
