Systems Analyst III

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Systems Analyst III will analyze business functions and processes to provide solution recommendations, collaborate with stakeholders, and assist in system development and testing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Represent business needs within an Agile delivery team and lead analysis efforts for new system implementations and upgrades
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to document business requirements and perform data analysis for functional requirements
• Participate in testing efforts by building test scenarios, analyzing data, and providing support for user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of systems analysis experience in a software development environment
• Experience with Agile development practices, including Scrum and SAFe
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Knowledge of healthcare or health insurance industry is a plus
