Systems Analyst - Infrastructure Support

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst 2 to join its IT infrastructure team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot system and network issues, and manage system security
• Document infrastructure policies and collaborate with technical teams to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in network and server administration
• Deep knowledge of server infrastructure concepts and practices
• 3+ years of experience managing both Windows and Linux OS
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Calling (telephony administration)
• Preferred: Hands-on experience optimizing VOIP systems or cloud-based communication tools
