Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst IV.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain IT products by planning and obtaining customer input, while understanding existing functionality and limitations
Provide technical expertise and guidance to staff, resolving complex problems
Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin, or related field and six years of system implementation experience, or
Associate's Degree and seven years of experience, or
High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience
ITIL Foundations certification required within 6 months of hire for IT Division caregivers
Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
