Job Summary

Systems Analyst - Retail Operations is a full-time position focused on supporting, designing, and enhancing systems to meet technological and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to implement technical solutions
• Gather information and analyze user needs to establish project requirements
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and monitor system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 2+ years of banking and/or systems experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM)
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Salesforce experience preferred
