Systems Analyst Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a functional team within the Information Services Division, the full-time remote Systems Analyst - Team Lead will supervise daily operations, support technology product development, and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises a technology operations team and conducts performance evaluations while mentoring staff
• Facilitates project completion by collaborating with ISD staff, clients, and vendors to develop and implement solutions
• Ensures quality service delivery to the ISD client community while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Required qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, including one year as a senior or lead, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional knowledge of IT methods and strategy as it relates to business objectives
• Proven ability to supervise projects to completion on time and within budget
• Strong decision-making skills based on diverse information
• Availability for standby status as part of a team rotation, requiring 24/7 availability during standby periods
