Systems and Data Analyst
Job Summary
Assessing financial systems and data flows, the remote Systems and Data Analyst will document technical details, build system inventories, and calculate Total Cost of Ownership for applications as part of a Federal Government Agency's Financial Technology Optimization and Alignment program.
Key responsibilities
- Support current-state assessment of financial systems and feeder systems, including procurement and payroll
- Contribute to system inventory documentation and Total Cost of Ownership baselining for agency applications
- Document manual processes, workarounds, and risks related to systems and reporting
Required qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret financial systems documentation and data flow diagrams
- Experience assessing or documenting ERP/financial systems, particularly Oracle EBS or similar
- Strong skills in technical documentation writing
- Demonstrated analytical skills for Total Cost of Ownership baselining
- Experience with federal financial systems modernization efforts
