Job Summary
Passionate about training and technology, the full-time Systems and Operations Trainer will develop and deliver training programs for Loan Origination System functionality and operational workflows, collaborating with various departments to enhance technology adoption and process improvements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs and support documentation for operational workflows and systems
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and other departments to support process improvements and system implementations
- Participate in workflow design, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful technology adoption
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in mortgage banking, preferably in Operations, Credit, or Systems
- Experience with a Loan Origination System; Encompass preferred
- Strong understanding of mortgage workflows and ability to translate processes into training content
- Experience supporting system changes or operational initiatives
- Proven ability to deliver training or instructional content effectively
