Systems and Project Manager

Job Summary

Bridging business operations and technology, the full-time remote Systems and Project Manager will manage high-level technology issues, track project priorities, and support various systems while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for technology issues affecting CashForCars operations and manage open tickets and project priorities using Jira and Confluence
• Support the coordination and use of Salesforce and other AI tools, while maintaining related marketing campaigns
• Provide proactive updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and next steps, while identifying process improvements and automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in business operations, systems management, and project team collaboration
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear business requirements and documentation
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and related business systems; familiarity with Calabrio is preferred
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement and process design
• Demonstrated ownership and follow-through on critical workstreams and issues
