Systems Architect

Job Summary

To support client needs effectively, the full-time remote Systems Architect will discover, analyze, and implement system configurations on the proprietary platform while collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate onboarding solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with customers to produce platform requirements for benefits administration
• Analyze system requirements and troubleshoot issues related to the platform
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists and System Design Analysts to support the configuration of defined platform requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5+ years of implementation and/or project management experience
• 3 to 6 years of experience in gathering/analyzing data for system requirements and performing system configuration
• 1 to 3 years of experience writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with a scripting and/or client-side programming language
• Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment
