Systems Architect I

Job Summary

To support the implementation of client needs on the proprietary platform, the full-time remote Systems Architect I will lead requirements gathering, analyze system requirements, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure effective system configuration and integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to produce platform requirements for benefits administration
• Analyze and document system requirements while troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues
• Collaborate with Configuration Specialists and Architect II resources to design and implement effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5+ years of implementation/project management experience
• 3 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, system configuration, and ETL processes
• 1 to 3 years of experience in writing test plans and test cases
• Experience with functional and data analysis, as well as system design and configuration
• Proficiency in a scripting and/or client-side programming language
