Systems Automation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Absence Solutions practice, the full-time remote Systems Automation Analyst will design and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance service delivery and improve data quality while leveraging tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Python, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and automate manual workflows to improve efficiency across IAS service delivery
• Design AI-assisted workflows and integrate outputs from various data sources into automated reporting pipelines
• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Copilot, developing use cases that align with data governance standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workflow automation and business intelligence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI productivity tools
• Strong understanding of data structures and storage concepts (e.g., Azure tables, SQL, JSON)
• Python experience preferred, particularly in operational or consulting analytics
