Systems Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows, the full-time salaried Systems Automation Engineer will focus on workflow automation and process orchestration in a remote environment, enhancing business processes across the technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows for critical business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable solutions
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with cross-platform data systems
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, coordinate testing, and maintain documentation for automation processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workflow automation, Salesforce administration, or a related technical role
• Experience in K-12 education, virtual education, or education technology environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder and other low-code automation platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with Google Workspace suite and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing
