Job Summary
Joining the growing Workforce Intelligence team, the full-time salaried Systems Automation Specialist will identify automation opportunities and build solutions for the People & Service department, implementing integrations to enhance data flow across platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to create efficient processes in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HRIS (Rippling) administration, ensuring data integrity and optimizing processes
- Build and automate workflows for employee lifecycle events using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Develop and improve platform integrations via API and webhook configuration for efficient data movement
Required qualifications
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, particularly Rippling, and experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Hands-on experience configuring APIs, webhooks, and skilled in Python scripting
- Experience setting up reporting infrastructure using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
- Business/professional level fluency in written and verbal English (e.g., B2, C1, C2)
