Job Summary
To manage the implementation of existing technology platforms for new client start-ups, the full-time Systems Configuration Consultant will work remotely, focusing on system setup and coordination with clients and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Implementation Manager and clients to identify necessary technology components for new programs
- Develops and prepares information for system setup, including various parameters and configurations for multiple applications
- Communicates progress and alerts the Implementation Manager to any client-related issues during the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, statistics, information technology, or quantitative analysis preferred
- Six years of related experience, including five years of insurance-related experience, is required
- Thorough knowledge of insurance-related procedures and managed care systems
- Strong project management and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet performance competencies
