Systems Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

To support the implementation of new markets and initiatives, the remote Systems Configuration Specialist will translate business requirements into system builds, configure forms and workflows, conduct testing, and assist with user training and support.

Key responsibilities:

• Build forms, workflows, templates, and system structures based on specifications
• Conduct testing and validation of builds to ensure functionality and compliance
• Develop implementation materials and support end-user education during pilot and launch phases

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, health IT, information systems, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in system configuration, EMR/EHR (Kipu), or workflow build (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with healthcare information systems or behavioral health workflows (preferred)
• Computer proficiency, including MS365 (specifically Excel) & Smartsheet (preferred)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
