Systems & Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems & Data Senior Analyst for the Connected Grid Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage internal operations systems, including Salesforce and grantee databases
• Lead implementation and ongoing operations of the Salesforce Grants Management System
• Manage external engagement systems, including the CGI Hub website and communication tools

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, database systems, or operations roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar cloud-based relational database systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage and improve complex systems and workflows
• Strong data management skills, including building fields and maintaining data quality
• Experience designing or maintaining databases and developing user-friendly interfaces
