Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Design Consultant (Customer Solutions).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs and constraints
• Design multiple system approaches and explain trade-offs clearly
• Produce structured design summaries for the Sales team to finalize orders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, systems design, technical advising, architecture, or engineering is a plus
• HVAC experience is helpful but not required
• Strong reasoning ability and a learning mindset are essential
• Ability to think in systems and trade-offs rather than seeking single right answers
• Experience using modern tools, including AI, to enhance learning and decision-making
