Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Design Consultant - Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative conversations with customers to understand their needs and constraints
• Design multiple system approaches and explain trade-offs clearly
• Produce structured design summaries for the Sales team to finalize orders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, systems design, technical advising, architecture, engineering, or analytical fields
• HVAC experience is helpful but not required
• Strong reasoning ability and a learning mindset
• Preference for collaborative problem-solving over transactional interactions
• Ability to build trust through listening and clear explanations
