Systems Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Design Manager - Avionics - (Level 5).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the System Design CNI team and manage team performance and development
• Organize the team in an Agile environment and facilitate communication and improvements
• Monitor project performance and address technical issues while ensuring alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Experience in technical leadership within an engineering context
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and team management
• Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to team members
• F-35 program clearance preferred but not required
