Systems Designer / Analyst

Job Summary

To achieve program and study objectives, the contract Systems Designer / Analyst will interact with CDO and cross-functional team members, ensuring compliance with data standards while managing the design and delivery of clinical trial systems in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in developing common data standards and ensure compliance with protocol requirements
• Manage the design and delivery of clinical systems, ensuring integration and adherence to quality standards
• Coach and mentor team members while leading process improvement initiatives within the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• 6-7+ years of hands-on technical study build experience in EDC, specifically with Medidata RAVE
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, CDASH, and SDTM
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and successfully coach/mentor in a matrixed environment
• Experience in designing EDC studies from scratch, including form layouts and query workflows
