Systems Director, Conservation

Job Summary

To support the strategic mission of conservation efforts, the full-time remote Systems Director, Conservation will manage core systems, oversee CRM and project management platforms, and lead training initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for the organization's CRM and project management platforms, developing a multi-year systems roadmap
• Ensure systems governance, administration, and integration across departments to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Lead training and change management efforts to promote successful system adoption and ongoing user support

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in systems management or product management, preferably in a nonprofit setting, with hands-on CRM management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and core enterprise software tools; experience with integrations preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
