Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to manage and support their Jira instance and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Jira instance, including integrations and automations
• Implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level
• Contribute to the knowledge base and develop integrations with other operational systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Deep experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, particularly Jira and Confluence
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Jamf and Intune
• Strong understanding of Okta and experience with SSO/IdP solutions
• Familiarity with SOX and HIPAA compliance rules
